Too bad the story got this treatment. It could have been a nice scifi horror. The dark and gritty tone of the story and then the always daytime with enemies like lightbulbs as visuals dont mix and rhyme.

damn this episode was crazy. that whole sequence of escpaing the prison to blowing the whole thing up was well executed. I really thought jim died they def got my ass with that. I just KNEW something bad was gonna happen when he got back home....... so far tho this aint bad surprisingly enjoying it.

those are bacteria it seems. Probably they ate the energy core thing on that planet and then got to that size so if those bacteria die probably the energy core is inside them just a hypothesis.
